Butterflies

We got to watch caterpillars turn into chrysalis, and then butterflies!  It was so cool!  We had to let them go, and it was sad.  We found them a good home at the 2nd grade garden for butterflies!  There are lots of flowers, and they will like living there.

We are learning about writing words with s blends.  Knowing the second letter is tricky.  You have to remember c or k rules too!  We ate strawberries after all our hard work writing s blends!  Strawberries start with an s blend!

We had a ball python visit our classroom today!  We got to feel snake scales.  Some of us were a little scared!

 

Z is for Zoo!

We finished learning to write all the letters of the alphabet! For the letter Z, we made zoo snacks! They were yummy!
